Development of online store of tactical equipment on OkayCMS

Setting key objectives
01. Task
GigMilitary is a Ukrainian equipment manufacturer, born in conditions of military challenges and high responsibility. The client approached the Progamma agency with the task of creating a modern e-commerce project from scratch that:
- works quickly and reliably;
- conveniently scalable;
- connected to leading marketplaces;
- targeted at both private buyers and the B2B segment;
- provides easy navigation, online support and confident sales.
Realization of the set tasks
02. Realization

1. OkayCMS website development
We chose the OkayCMS platform as the optimal one in terms of performance/functionality and modified it to suit the client’s needs:
- an adaptive structure with well-developed product cards has been created;
- a FAQ module has been installed and content has been posted to resolve client objections (frequent questions about protection, payment, delivery and returns);
- a multi-level category has been implemented with a precise breakdown: clothing, body armor, plate carriers, unloading, helmets, etc.;
- SEO modules, canonical links, micro markup, meta management have been implemented;
- an analytics system is connected (GA4 + events + conversions).
2. Integration of payment and logistics modules
- Bank transfers, cash on delivery, LiqPay, WayForPay are included.
- Integration with Nova Poshta: delivery calculations, tracking, registration of TTN.
- The logic of orders for wholesale and retail customers has been thought out.
3. Feeds and multi-channel trading
To expand coverage, automatic/semi-automatic uploads (XML/CSV feeds) were implemented to:
- Rozetka
- Prom.ua
- Epicenter
- Kasta
Each upload has its own format and is updated after saving changes on the site, which ensures that balances, prices and descriptions are up to date.

4. SEO promotion (3 months)
- A technical and content SEO audit was carried out;
- A semantic structure has been formed: 300+ queries, including LF, MF and HF by product and category;
- Optimized titles, descriptions, ALT, URL;
- SEO texts were written for key categories (“buy plate carriers”, “armor plates Ukraine”, “tactical pouches price”), etc.;
5. KeyCRM integration: control, automation and growth
To effectively work with orders, clients and marketplaces, we have implemented KeyCRM – a universal management system specially adapted for e-commerce businesses with multi-channel trading.
What’s done:
- Full integration with OkayCMS: automatic exchange of data on orders, customers, balances and statuses.
- Synchronization with marketplaces: Rozetka, Prom, Epicenter, Kasta – all orders coming from external sites instantly enter the CRM.
- Customer history module: the customer card contains complete information on orders, repeat purchases, requests and acquisition channels.
- Process automation: order statuses are updated without the manager’s participation; sending notifications, generating TTN and reminders – all automatically.
- Integration with instant messengers and mail: correspondence with clients (Telegram, Viber, Instagram, Email) is carried out directly from the CRM – without switching between windows.
- Analytics and reporting: management now sees sales dynamics, average bill, channel efficiency and customer behavior in real time.
What did this give to the business:
- Order processing time has been accelerated by 40–60%: manual work has been replaced by automation;
- Reduced human factor: errors in data transmission, sending parcels and calculations are eliminated;
- Simplified work with marketplaces: now everything is in one window – from Prom to Rozetka;
- Increased conversion to repeat orders: thanks to more personalized communication and customer history analytics.
KeyCRM has become a single control center for the GigMilitary online store: from receiving an order to its delivery and sales analysis. This freed up the team’s time, speeded up customer service and improved the manageability of the business as a whole.
From the Progamma team Working with GigMilitary isn’t just about running a store, it’s about participating in an important national mission: making quality gear available to everyone. We have created a website that does not slow down, does not confuse, does not irritate – but leads the user to a purchase. And helps the company grow at the pace it needs.

Achievement of key objectives

FAQ
Which CMS to choose and promote online store of tactical equipment?
Because we originally built it as selling car, and not as a beautiful showcase. We have a strong foundation:
– the site works quickly even on a weak Internet;
– the structure is “tailored” for the buyer, and not for the programmer;
– the catalog is organized so that the client with any request can find the necessary equipment in 2-3 clicks;
– the mobile version is really convenient, and not just “there”.
This gives results: applications are coming in, sales are growing, SEO is working.
We don't leave the client alone with a bunch of goods. We lead him by the hand. Each product is provided with a clear, understandable description - without water. Want to quickly figure out if a bulletproof vest or bag is right for you? We'll tell you.
- For whom?
– Under what conditions does it work?
– What is better than analogues?
Plus - filters, tips, and, most importantly, live support. The client does not guess - he is confident in the purchase.
We don't just have a website, we have us marketing-packaged brand. What does it mean?
– We produce ourselves, so we know the product thoroughly.
– We control logistics, so we don’t hang around with deliveries.
– We adapted the site for a real buyer, and not just for show.
Plus, SEO and CRM work in tandem: a visitor comes, buys, and stays with us - because it’s convenient, fast and safe.
Because we think like a buyer:
– the catalog is designed logically - based on needs, not on assortment;
– buttons, forms and CTAs are placed where they actually work;
– placing an order – 2 clicks, without “go there, enter here”.
And yes, this affects SEO. Google also “loves” this kind of UX - and puts us above our competitors.
If you buy in bulk, we speak your language.
- Discounts? Yes.
– Special conditions? Eat.
– Fast shipment, documents, contract? Everything is to the point.
Plus, we already work with law enforcement agencies and corporate customers, so we know how to build processes: clearly, according to regulations, without delays.
Because 90% of customers go to Google first, and only then to the store. We have set up the site so that:
– product cards were shown for the necessary queries: from “buy body armor” to “military equipment Ukraine”;
– the catalog structure helped robots understand what we sell and to whom;
– each product was a mini-landing page: with keys, visuals, USP.
As a result: you don’t just pay for advertising - you also grow organically in search.
âś” Clear presentation - everything is clear from the first second
âś” Simple purchasing process - even mom can figure it out
âś” Support - not bots, but real people
âś” Assortment - from chevron to unloading
âś” Delivery - throughout Ukraine and quickly
✔ And most importantly, we don’t just sell, we solve the client’s problem
